1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Investor Twin, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter an agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Investor Twin provides
Investor Twin may let you import portfolio information, connect supported brokerages on a read-only basis, compare holdings with publicly disclosed institutional portfolios, view similarity explanations, follow public investors, and prepare informational order drafts for your own review.
Features, supported brokerages, data sources, geographic availability, and pricing may change. Beta features may be incomplete, interrupted, or withdrawn.
3. Information—not advice
Scores, comparisons, performance displays, filing summaries, alerts, and order drafts are general informational tools. They do not consider your complete financial situation, objectives, knowledge, tax position, risk tolerance, or investment horizon.
A portfolio similarity does not mean an investment is suitable, safe, current, or likely to perform. You remain responsible for independent research and for every decision made through your brokerage. Consider consulting qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals.
4. No custody or trade execution
Investor Twin does not hold customer funds or securities and does not transmit or execute trades. If the service displays a proposed order or allocation change, it is an informational draft only. Any trade must be separately reviewed and submitted by you through your broker.
5. Brokerage connections and third parties
Brokerage connections are provided through third-party services and the connected institution. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. You authorize those providers to share selected account information with Investor Twin when you complete a connection.
We do not control a brokerage's uptime, authentication, account restrictions, data accuracy, or supported features. You may disconnect a connection at any time. Never send brokerage passwords to Investor Twin support.
6. Public filings and market information
Institutional filings are historical disclosures with reporting delays, scope limitations, amendments, and possible errors. They may omit assets outside the filing regime and do not reveal an investor's complete strategy, hedges, cost basis, intent, or current holdings. Market prices and classifications may also be delayed or estimated.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and protect access to your account and devices.
- Use only brokerage accounts and portfolio data you are authorized to access.
- Review imported holdings and correct errors before relying on a comparison.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the service or data.
- Do not use Investor Twin for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or automated trading activity.
8. Intellectual property
Investor Twin's software, design, branding, explanations, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service. Public filings and third-party data remain subject to their own rights and terms.
9. Availability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or investment outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Investor Twin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on information, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact legal@investortwin.app so we can try to resolve the issue.
